promote the development of Sister City relationships
between targeted cities of China and compatible US
cities for the creation of mutual friendship,
trusted partnership, and cultural exchanges and most
importantly, visions and implementations of steps
together to be leading sustainable environmental
projects. The United States and China have long
standing interest in economic, scientific,
technological, cultural and other cooperative
exchanges; and Sigma International is equipped to
help bridge our two visionary countries to expand
into further horizons of relationship in protection
of environmental issues and PeaceBuilding practices. |

Establishment of sister cities main elements |
China (including provinces, autonomous regions and
municipalities) continues to establish Sister City
relationships with the US and worldwide to improve
public relations, services, consulting, and
co-ordination in all levels of government, cultural,
business and trade sectors. This is accomplished
with well established guidelines to promote
comprehensive economic inter-cultural visions, trade
and industrial exchanges.
China encourages Sino-US Sister Cities organizations
to join hands with Chinese local governmental bodies
to cooperate in the exchange of data, information
and related business activities in order to
accelerate growth and mutual benefits on many
